In today's fast-paced life, stress management has become a must for everyone. From my own experience, I have found that morning walks, yoga and meditation are very helpful in reducing stress. Spending time with family and friends is also a great way to deal with stress. Take some time out to listen to your favourite music or take up a new hobby.
