Just moved into a high-rise apartment with big glass and not much wall space beside the windows, and my old rod setup simply didn't work here. Ended up with window curtains on a ceiling track in a plain matte fabric, which looks cleaner and makes the windows feel taller. Bedroom has a sheer plus a blackout layer since the tower opposite looks straight in at night. Kitchen and study got simple roller blinds because they take almost no space and wipe clean. Kingdom of Curtains had both curtains and blinds on display at their MG Road showroom, so I could compare them side by side. Anyone else sorted out balcony doors? Those still confuse me.
