We’ve just renovated, with new flooring, fresh paint and a few changed window openings, and the old curtains now look completely wrong. I’m leaning towards made-to-measure curtains, but I’m unsure whether to order before or after the final finishes. My plan is to wait until everything is done, then measure, and add lining for weight and sun protection. Does that make sense, or is there a better order? I also want to sort tracks and any wiring before the ceiling work is closed up. I spoke to the curtain shop that does free doorstep consultation and installation in Delhi NCR, and I may ask them to advise on timing. Any renovation experience would help.
